Incorporated in 1988, Mall Developers (Pvt.) Ltd.’s first project was Mall Square on main Zamzama Boulevard, a mixed-use development featuring shops, offices, and condominiums with a total built-up area of almost 700,000 square feet. Mall Square remains the single largest successfully delivered private development in DHA Karachi to date. Mall Developers (Pvt) Ltd also went on to develop and manage Area 51, a breakthrough entertainment project that retains its identity as an important landmark of Karachi.

Mall Developers (Pvt) Ltd. is currently developing a number of high-end mixed-use developments including TRIBECA on main Korangi Road, ELYSIUM in DHA Phase 7 extension, and future creek-side developments in DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
