The upper portion of the triangle-shaped building is a modern concrete façade that houses residences and captures the contemporary feel of the newer parts of Tribeca. At the lower levels of the building, the brick architecture represents the historic character of the district, which in turn borrows from the Romanesque Revival, Neo-Grec, and Renassainance styles prevalent in the area. The theme of segmentally arched windows is consistent with many historic 19th century buildings found in the neighbourhood. The roof of the project, a green retreat for its residents, is in contrast to the stony façade and adds a softer element to the overall aesthetic of the project.
